Walker & Annie’s Vibrant Fusion Wedding at Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club


Walker and Annie’s wedding at the Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club in Bellevue, Washington was a day overflowing with love, culture, unforgettable moments, and some of the best dance floor energy I’ve ever seen. Their story began in the most effortless way—Annie thought Walker was cute at a bar, and from their very first date, they fell completely in love. I first met Annie while photographing another wedding where she was a bridesmaid, so getting to capture her celebration felt extra special.


Set right on Lake Washington, the Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club is such a gorgeous waterfront wedding venue—classic Pacific Northwest views, glowing late-summer light, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere rooted in its long boating history. The clubhouse and docks created an elegant yet relaxed backdrop for a September wedding day that none of us will forget.


One of the things that made this day truly incredible was the beautiful fusion of traditions. Walker’s Indian heritage blended seamlessly with Annie’s more classic American wedding style, creating a celebration that felt deeply personal and meaningful. From vibrant colors and heartfelt rituals to timeless Western elements, the entire day honored both sides of who they are.

A huge shoutout to Tosha Chavez of Elevated Events by Tosha, who absolutely nailed the coordination. Everything flowed beautifully thanks to her attention to detail, warm presence, and incredible organization.


The ceremony was emotional, the speeches were powerful and heartfelt, and once the music started, the dance floor absolutely exploded. Guests brought the energy all night long—hands in the air, smiles everywhere, and that contagious joy that makes photographing weddings like this such an honor.
